Strong first race by Luca de Vleeschauwer

Despite not having the greatest of starts, Luca de Vleeschauwer managed to claw his way back up the field to finish this weeks Race 1 in 20th position.

During the race, the young Belgian managed to stick in the leading group and run the pace of the front runners. However, due to the close racing in the lead pack, his machine started overheating, leading to a loss of power and thus positions, making his final result all the more impressive.

With a clear direction set for tomorrow, we are looking forward to see what he can achieve in Sundays Race 2.
